Updating Destruction Dates on Box Audit/Pre-File Republic Files

You can alter the destruction date for your pre-File Republic boxes collected at the beginning of your File Republic agreement – please note that the pre-File Republic boxes are destroy by box, not by file.

1.      Log into File Republic - Storage portal

2.      Click the ‘Search’ button

3.      Select the ‘Boxes’ tab

4.       Type the relevant box number into the search field and click ‘Go’

5.       Click onto the scanned box image

6.       Click Box Actions

7. Select 'Set Destruction Date'

8.       Click on the Calendar and Update Destruction Date accordingly
