Download
Your generated bundles can be viewed underneath the ‘Download’ button in the top ribbon of your workspace.
Preview your Bundle
Select the magnifying glass to preview your generated bundle.
Import to PMS
To import your bundle back into your PMS, select the cloud icon
1. You will receive a notification advising that the import has been successful
2. In your PMS, a Productivity subfolder is automatically created with your imported bundles
Download your Bundle
To download your bundle onto your computer, local drive or a USB select the arrow icon. You will be able to save this anywhere on your computer.
Delete your generated Bundle
To delete your generated bundle, select the rubbish bin icon. Please note that this does not delete any changes made within the workspace, it is simply deleting the PDF created.
Share your Bundle
Share your bundle with the recipient directly through Productivity. Please see page 78 for more information on our sharing portal.
