Requesting an Online PDF Retrieval

1. Log into your File Republic - Storage website and click on the ‘Search’ button

2. Type in the relevant matter number into the search field and click ‘Go’.
3. Click onto the file cover page

4. Click the tick box below the cover page, or use the ‘Select All’ to select multiple records
5. Click ‘Online PDF Retrieval’
6. Fill out the required field
a. Name of staff requesting the retrieval
b. Reason – brief reason for history purposes e.g. need to review documents
c. Email Notifications – must be entered to receive an email once PDF completed
o Type in your email address and press ‘+ add’
o Click the checkbox next to your email address (can have multiple emails selected
7. Click into your ‘Brief Case’ and ‘Submit’ your order.
